Over the years I have worked with many real estate agents purchasing investment properties, however I have to say that Rick Flay has been one of the best agents I have worked with. Rick understood our criteria perfectly, including that we were looking at initially an investment property, but a unit that would eventually become our home on the Gold Coast. Rick successfully engaged with the developer of our preferred unit to get changes made to the layout, floor covers etc to accomodate our needs. At very short notice he found us an excellent conveyancing lawyer and helped liaise between lawyer, developer and us to finalise the sale while we were travelling overseas.
