I would strongly recommend Rick Flay based on his work for me as a Real Estate Agent on the Northern Beaches of Sydney during his time here. The Northern Beaches of Sydney is one of the most prestigious and expensive areas of Real Estate in Australia. It’s a peninsula with a population of approximately 250,000 people. Therefore limited supply of houses and apartments and ever increasing prices. Rick helped me source valuable properties for investment and for purchase, refurbish and sale. Unlike almost every other Real Estate Agent I had met up until that time, Rick had a genuine interest in property and a genuine understanding of the marketplace. I could provide him with a documentation of the property I was looking to purchase and he would watch the marketplace on my behalf, along with myself and then advise me accordingly when a property I might be interested in was coming onto the marketplace I can’t think of another agent at that time who was even interested in this most basic of follow ups to help engender and grow a business relationship. As a result of early success in purchasing great properties at the right price, Rick and I struck up a successful business relationship which was mutually beneficial during his years working here. The follow on from this, was that when selling a property, Rick had a fantastic knowledge of the marketplace plus most importantly he had a strong list of existing clients who he could contact who might be interested in buying the property as well. Either before or at auction. To this day I still own some of the properties he advised me to buy. and I have also sold several properties at great profit due to the continued demand in the Northern Beaches marketplace.
