Over the past five years I have had the opportunity to work with Rick Flay on a number of potential property acquisitions both in the U.K. and in Europe. My experience has been extremely positive as Rick has delivered value to the process at every step. Firstly we were able to take benefit of his extensive network and engage in properties before they officially came to market, giving us the benefit of early review. Secondly Rick brought a choice of financiers to us who could assist in helping us acquire at attractive rates and utilising the flexibility associated with linked opportunities. At all times Rick clearly understood our criteria ( which changed occasionally ) and presented opportunity but did not sell in any forceable manner.
